autarc is a ~40 person start-up founded in Berlin, which was part of Y Combinator’s S24 batch in San Francisco. Our team consists of people in Sales, Tech and Operations, with the Engineering & Product department currently ~20 people, as we continue to grow throughout the year. We're looking for an experienced Recruiter to join us either on a short-mid term freelance basis or for something that could be full-time and permanent. autarc is in a period of serious growth right now. With a headquarters in Berlin and office in London, we're expanding into areas that include France, Italy, Spain and Poland whilst also looking to enter into new continents. With that comes the demand to sell. Therefore we need to grow our Sales team by 2-3x by the end of the year. This Recruiter needs to know what they're doing and be able to hit the ground running, with no hand holding. Given the specific focus on growing our Sales team, we need someone who knows what a good SDR looks like versus a bad one. Do you know the right companies to hire from?
