As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in attracting providers for our growing network of health centers, primarily focusing on Primary Care Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants. This role offers the opportunity to partner directly with clinical and operational leaders, influence hiring strategy, and build relationships with candidates passionate about transforming healthcare. This is a fast-paced, relationship-driven recruiting role focused primarily on physician and advanced practice clinician hiring. You'll develop sourcing strategies, build candidate pipelines, guide candidates through the hiring process, and partner closely with leaders to help CareATC attract exceptional talent. You'll also leverage Workday Recruiting and other recruiting technologies to manage candidate workflows, maintain data integrity, and drive hiring outcomes. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while delivering an outstanding experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
