About The Position

This is an in-office role, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, located in St. Louis, MO. The position is contract/temporary. The company is focused on changing lives one day at a time. A recruiter in this role will collaborate with their team to find great people, use creative thinking and marketing skills to attract candidates, and leverage interviewing techniques to fill opportunities. Responsibilities include building a pipeline of candidates, impacting order fulfillment, and conducting drug screens, background checks, and I-9s for new hires.

Requirements

• High volume recruiting with a sense of urgency!
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) encouraged to apply
• Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis
• Experience with MS Office
• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team

Nice To Haves

• Recruiting & staffing experience preferred, but not required
• Industrial Recruiting or Recruiting in Manufacturing preferred
• Leadership exposure/experience a plus!

Responsibilities

• Meet with your team to brainstorm new and exciting ways to get great people to work
• Use creative thinking to think outside of the box to attract candidates
• Apply marketing skills to postings, social media sites, and the community
• Use people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate to fill opportunities
• Continue to build a pipeline of people and actively look for a way to impact order fulfillment
• Conduct drug screen, background check, and I-9s for new hires
