Requirements

1+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience.
Proficiency in using contact management systems/applicant tracking systems for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of full-time relevant experience.
Experience managing high volume and niche hiring.
Experience managing candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle.
Healthcare or pharmacy recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, ensuring high offer-to-interview ratios by understanding hiring manager preferences.
Conduct initial phone screens, set expectations about the role and process, and effectively communicate the mission and culture to prospective talent.
Partner with hiring teams to develop effective sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies while managing expectations.
Recommend and implement recruitment strategies that contribute to the long-term growth of the company.
Articulate recruitment plans with clear deliverables, timelines, and tracking processes.
Screen and prepare candidate slates within consistent timelines.
Participate in special projects and recruiting initiatives, including assessing best practices and identifying top performers for senior-level openings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a strong candidate pipeline.
