About The Position

This role is responsible for administering defined external/internal recruitment processes to ensure accounts are fully recruited. It involves developing and managing relationships with the Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, Human Resources, and recruitment team-mates. Recruiters are also responsible for providing recruitment updates and keeping the management team informed of market conditions affecting contractor recruitment. Performance will be measured, in part, upon KPI measures, execution of recruitment strategies which include advertising methods, job fairs, remote recruitment techniques, maintenance of recruitment materials, and keeping the management team informed of recruitment progress and issues affecting recruiting. The goal is to meet Customer Satisfaction objectives with full recruitment of all assigned accounts.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 2 years or more in experience Full life-cycle recruiting experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Access, Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook) Intermediate

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer (negotiation & acceptance) completion of contractor hiring administrative processes, and on-boarding of new contractors.
  • Administering defined external/internal recruitment processes to ensure accounts are fully recruited.
  • Developing/managing relationships with Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, Human Resources, and recruitment team-mates.
  • Providing recruitment updates and keeping the management team informed of market conditions affecting contractor recruitment.
  • Executing recruitment strategies which include advertising methods, job fairs, remote recruitment techniques, and maintenance of recruitment materials.
  • Keeping the management team informed of recruitment progress and issues affecting recruiting.
  • Meeting Customer Satisfaction objectives with full recruitment of all assigned accounts.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
