About The Position

The Corporate Recruiter I will identify, recruit, and hire talent that supports the growth of Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for corporate positions, partnering with hiring managers to attract and select top talent while providing an exceptional candidate experience. The Corporate Recruiter I will support a variety of corporate departments and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-3 years of recruitment experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-volume recruiting workload, prioritizing multiple openings and hiring managers while maintaining recruiting service level expectations.
  • Successfully manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Develop and maintain candidate pipelines to support ongoing and future high-volume hiring needs.
  • Partners with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, position requirements, and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Sources, identifies, and recruits qualified candidates through multiple channels including ATS, employee referrals, professional networking, job boards, social media, and career fairs.
  • Screens, interviews, and evaluates candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and organizational fit.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruiting process, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience.
  • Coordinates and facilitates interviews, candidate travel arrangements, and reimbursement processes as needed.
  • Maintains accurate candidate records and activity within the applicant tracking system and ensures compliance with applicable employment laws and company policies.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external talent pipeline.
  • Attends campus recruiting events, professional networking events, and career fairs to promote employment opportunities and strengthen employer branding efforts.
  • Assists with recruiting projects, process improvements, and other Human Resources initiatives as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
