About The Position

The Corporate Recruiter manages full-cycle recruitment for BELAY’s Corporate Team. This role partners with hiring managers to define position requirements, develop recruiting strategies, and identify candidates whose qualifications align with business needs. The Corporate Recruiter ensures a timely, consistent, professional, and compliant hiring process while supporting BELAY’s employer brand and broader people initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate communication, and offer coordination.
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers throughout the recruitment and selection process.
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system and sourcing platforms.
  • Working knowledge of applicable employment laws and fair hiring practices.
  • Ability to appropriately handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to assess candidates objectively based on job-related qualifications.
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and attention to detail.
  • Sound judgment and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines.
  • Ability to provide clear guidance and constructive feedback to hiring managers.

Responsibilities

  • Professionally represent the company in all virtual and in-person interactions, exemplifying mission, vision, and core values while fostering a collaborative and positive team environment.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements, candidate qualifications, recruiting strategies, and hiring timelines.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, applicant review, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and offer delivery.
  • Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, employee referrals, social media, and other relevant channels.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for anticipated, recurring, and difficult-to-fill positions.
  • Guide hiring managers in applying structured, consistent, and job-related evaluation and selection practices.
  • Maintain timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate the preparation and processing of offer letters, background checks, nondisclosure agreements, and other pre-employment requirements.
  • Maintain accurate candidate, requisition, and hiring records within the applicant tracking system.
  • Track recruiting activity and key metrics to assess progress, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and other internal partners to maintain consistent and accurate job descriptions, job postings, and employer-branding materials.
  • Represent BELAY at networking events, recruiting activities, and other talent-related opportunities as needed.
  • Apply fair, consistent, and compliant recruiting practices throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay informed of changes in employment regulations, recruiting practices, sourcing methods, and relevant technology.
  • Contribute to broader people initiatives and recruiting-related projects as assigned.
