About The Position

This role focuses on high-volume, top-of-funnel recruiting and sourcing across a variety of job families, including non-technical and technical roles such as hardware, data engineering, and software development. Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, with a strong emphasis on sourcing.
  • Proven experience in passive candidate recruiting, including identifying, engaging, and converting candidates who are not actively applying.

  • Comfort working with data and metrics, including weekly and monthly productivity and performance targets.
  • Ability to work under immediate supervision, following established processes, guidelines and leadership principles focused on delivering results and maintaining high standards.
  • Experience in tech or Fortune 500 environments, or agency recruiting experience that translates well to high-demand corporate settings.

  • Conduct candidate outreach through various channels to build and maintain strong talent pipelines for multiple job families.
  • Perform initial phone screens to assess candidate fit, interest, and qualifications for open roles.
  • Set up candidate assessments and business phone screens, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on scheduling and expectations.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews by providing clear information about the process, timelines, and expectations.
  • Check references as needed and support offer processes in alignment with established guidelines and policies.
