About The Position

As a Recruiter supporting our hourly bases, you will drive fast, high-quality hiring across frontline operational roles at some of our busiest bases. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-demand environment, can manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, and is passionate about delivering a standout candidate and hiring manager experience. This role will follow a hybrid model, supporting our four New Jersey locations, Dulles and two in Canada. It will be based at our Teterboro, NJ office, with a requirement to be onsite two days per week.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year (2) college or technical school or three (3) years of Human Resources experience including one (1) year of sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring candidates in a high-volume hourly environment
  • One year of Human Resources experience; to include at least 3-months of sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring candidates in a high-volume hourly environment.
  • Three years of relevant customer service experience.
  • Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
