About The Position

Chainalysis is seeking a Recruiter, Go-to-Market (GTM) to own and drive hiring for sales and GTM roles within the company. This is a high-volume, outbound-heavy position focused on building pipeline through direct sourcing of top sales talent in the crypto, fintech, and traditional financial services sectors. The role involves managing a full requisition load, moving quickly to secure strong candidates in a competitive market, with a focus on Account Executive hires. The recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers in enterprise and public sector sales teams, acting as a business-savvy recruiting partner. The position requires at least one day per week in the NYC office.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong track record of hiring sales and go-to-market talent, specifically quota-carrying roles such as Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Business Development Representatives.
  • Demonstrated outbound sourcing ability: building own pipeline, generating candidate interest through direct outreach, not relying on inbound applications.
  • Proven track record of recruiting sales talent within the SaaS and Cybersecurity sectors, with a specific focus on candidates who have successfully sold complex solutions into the Fintech, Cryptocurrency, or Traditional Financial Services markets.
  • Comfort operating at high volume and managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously without compromising quality or candidate experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with sharp attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
  • Ability to build credibility with hiring managers quickly, communicate market realities clearly, and guide decisions with data.
  • A collaborative, low-ego approach to working on a small, close-knit Talent Acquisition team.
  • Curiosity about the industry and genuine interest in learning the Chainalysis product suite and competitive landscape.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience recruiting for public sector go-to-market roles (Federal, DoD/Intel).
  • Familiarity with government clearance requirements and their impact on candidate pools.
  • Experience at a high-growth or pre-IPO technology company.
  • Experience working with Ashby ATS and sourcing tools.
  • Recruiting experience beyond core sales roles, such as professional services, solutions engineering, or customer success.

Responsibilities

  • Build pipeline for go-to-market roles through proactive outbound sourcing, focusing on top sales talent.
  • Map the competitive landscape to identify where strong Account Executives and quota-carrying sellers work.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies beyond LinkedIn InMails, including referral generation, community engagement, and direct outreach.
  • Maintain high outbound activity to ensure pipeline meets hiring demand.
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for go-to-market roles, from intake to offer negotiation.
  • Handle a high-volume requisition load across enterprise and public sector go-to-market teams.
  • Ensure an efficient and transparent candidate experience.
  • Utilize data to make decisions about pipeline health, conversion rates, and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Build trusted relationships with sales leaders to understand their teams and hiring needs.
  • Guide hiring managers through the recruiting process with clear communication and market insights.
  • Share competitive intelligence on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring trends.
  • Provide regular pipeline updates and flag risks to keep hiring plans on schedule.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion in all searches, with a focus on underrepresented backgrounds.
  • Share sourcing wins, market learnings, and process improvements with the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, tools, and candidate experiences.
  • Provide recruiting support for roles outside of go-to-market as needed.
