About The Position

Shape a product that developers love—all with transparent pricing and cost-control built in. This is a 5 month fixed term contract covering parental leave, owning US GTM recruiting end to end. You will inherit an active pipeline, established recruiting infrastructure, and hiring managers who are engaged in the process. This is a delivery role rather than a caretaking one. Following our Series B, we are in the midst of a significant US go-to-market build out - you will run every search from intake through to signed offer with autonomy and direct access to the CRO and sales functional leadership. If you are looking for a defined term where you own an entire desk rather than a portion of one, this is it. This is a fully remote position, with a preference for candidates based in EST.
Requirements
- 5 plus years recruiting experience, including at least 2 years hiring quota-carrying sales and technical GTM roles (Account Executive, SDR, Solutions Architect or Sales Engineering) in B2B SaaS
- Demonstrated ability to assess commercial candidates on substance, including deal cycle ownership, quota attainment, and territory performance
- Familiarity with the developer tooling market and its competitive talent landscape - ideally across observability or DevOps.
- Track record managing a high volume requisition load concurrently, with evidence of time to hire and close rates
- Outbound sourcing as a core strength, including building and maintaining search strategies independently rather than relying on inbound or agency flow
- Experience running offer processes at a venture-backed company, including compensation and equity discussions with candidates
- Ability to advise and challenge senior hiring managers while maintaining a structured, consistent process
- Advanced ATS proficiency - ideally Ashby - including configuration of scorecards, templates and reporting. Ashby experience preferred
- Excellent written communication and a data-led approach to pipeline and hiring manager conversations
- Authorized to work in the US

Responsibilities
- Own end to end hiring for Dash0's US Sales organization, from intake through offer acceptance
- Partner directly with senior hiring managers, including the CRO and Sales leadership, to run intakes, structured interview loops and offer processes
- Drive outbound sourcing as the primary pipeline channel, using LinkedIn Recruiter and our established search libraries, alongside referral generation across the US Sales team
- Maintain data integrity in Ashby, including scorecards, structured interview documentation, pipeline hygiene and reporting that withstands audit
- Own weekly pipeline reporting and candidate tracking for GTM leadership
- Lead offer strategy and negotiation, including compensation and equity discussions, using established frameworks and escalation paths
- Deliver a high standard of candidate experience at pace, with consistent communication and timely decisions
