Requirements

  • Proven ability to build and maintain working systems using technologies like Python, TypeScript, and SQL (AI assistance is a plus).
  • Experience working closely with revenue teams and building tools for sales.
  • Experience putting models into production, including prompt design, structured output, error handling, and understanding the difference between a demo and a production-ready system for a licensed fintech.
  • Understanding of cold email deliverability and common failure points.
  • Fluency in both Portuguese and English.
  • Ability to sit on calls with Brazilian customers and collaborate with a US and Mexico-based team.

Responsibilities

  • Build the system that finds, qualifies, and engages customers, and continuously improves from customer interactions.
  • Design and implement the outbound engine, including list building, scoring, sending infrastructure, and sequencing.
  • Identify predictive signals for ideal customer accounts and build the pipeline to find them.
  • Manage deliverability, including domains, warming, and inbox health.
  • Develop the sales execution layer, providing reps with concise pre-call information assembled from CRM history, past calls, and market data.
  • Integrate call transcripts as deal updates, follow-ups, and clean records, eliminating manual retyping.
  • Build internal agents for research, account mapping, and reporting.
  • Design the data foundation for revenue, including object modeling, lifecycle stages, deduplication, and pipeline reporting.
  • Make build-versus-buy decisions for the technology stack, retaining vendors where effective and replacing them where not.
  • Collaborate with the compliance team to build the go-to-market strategy, ensuring adherence to regulations in a licensed fintech environment.
