This is a part-time role for a Recruiter/Engagement Coordinator. The position requires the ability to quickly build relationships and establish trust with leaders, hiring managers, colleagues, candidates/applicants, employees, and the public. It emphasizes outstanding customer service, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, and creativity in sourcing candidates. A strong understanding of branding and image, knowledge of employment law and ethics of recruitment, and strong negotiation and influencing skills are essential. The role also requires excellent judgment, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, a proactive approach, and the ability to act quickly and efficiently in a professional and tactful manner. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is necessary, and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is highly desired. Experience in high-volume recruiting, particularly in call centers, manufacturing/distribution, employment agencies, or retail, is preferred.
