The Recruiting Coordinator plays a key role in supporting high-volume hiring efforts across Prime Communications' retail locations. This position is responsible for coordinating recruitment activities, supporting onboarding processes, maintaining accurate candidate and employee data, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. Working closely with the Director of Talent, Regional Recruiters, and HR, the Recruiting Coordinator helps drive efficient hiring processes while ensuring alignment with Prime Communications' values, AT&T standards, and business needs.
