We are seeking a dynamic and driven Recruiter to join a fast-paced talent acquisition team within a leading energy and utilities organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on identifying top talent, building strong relationships, and managing full-cycle recruitment across a variety of roles. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality hiring outcomes while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree required
0–5 years of experience in recruiting or related field
Experience in candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

Experience in both agency and corporate recruiting environments
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS systems
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
Excellent organization and time management abilities

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer stage
Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search, and networking
Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and niche roles
Conduct candidate screening and structured interviews
Coordinate interview processes and ensure timely feedback
Negotiate and present offers aligned with market data and candidate expectations
Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Track recruiting metrics and adjust strategies based on hiring needs
Support diversity & inclusion initiatives through inclusive sourcing practices
Contribute to employer branding through job postings and candidate engagement
