We are launching our Early Career Associate Recruiter Development Program to invest in the next generation of talent professionals who are eager to make an impact in the biotech and pharmaceutical space. This structured program is designed to develop high-potential individuals into top-tier life sciences recruiters. You’ll gain hands-on experience, personalized mentorship, and exposure to real client engagements from day one. The program is 12 months long with a training focus on recruiting fundamentals, life sciences market education, sourcing strategy, and client delivery. You will receive direct coaching from Mix Talent Practice Leaders and Senior Recruiters, with an opportunity to transition into a full-cycle Recruiter.
