About The Position

Digital Prospectors is seeking an inquisitive, motivated Associate Recruiter to join its in-house team and connect candidates with opportunities at the company’s clients. This entry-level role is the first step toward becoming a Technical Recruiter. Through training, coaching, and hands-on experience, the Associate Recruiter will learn to identify, engage, and initially qualify candidates while working with the tenured team. As skills develop, the role will expand to include more of the recruiting cycle based on readiness and performance. The role requires up to five onsite days per week during initial training and onboarding. After training progress and readiness are demonstrated, the employee transitions to the standard hybrid schedule of two onsite days per week. The position operates full-time, Monday through Friday, and offers eligibility for medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement benefits, paid time off, paid holidays, and professional development, subject to applicable plans and company policies. Success involves building recruiting knowledge and candidate relationships, delivering qualified candidates promptly, maintaining accurate records, and following through consistently. Demonstrated performance can lead to greater ownership of the recruiting process and progression toward a Technical Recruiter role. A post-offer background check is required.
