About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Recruiter and Scheduling Coordinator to attract, screen, and hire qualified caregivers. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy connecting with people and building strong teams. The position also involves managing appointments, coordinating schedules, and ensuring efficient daily operations, requiring a detail-oriented, organized, customer-focused, and proactive individual comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
• Familiarity with ATS and job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
• Self-driven and results-oriented mindset
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous scheduling, administrative, or customer service experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer applications
• Professional, friendly, and dependable demeanor

Nice To Haves

• Experience in database scheduling
• Familiarity with Carebridge or scheduling platforms
• Ability to remain calm under pressure

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates across multiple platforms
• Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring processes
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Manage job postings and candidate pipelines
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from start to finish
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments efficiently
• Coordinate calendars for staff, providers, or teams
• Communicate with clients/customers via phone, email, or text
• Manage cancellations and fill open time slots when possible
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow
• Handle general administrative tasks as needed
