Requirements

  • Prior experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative support preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort learning new software systems
  • Experience in home care, healthcare, or a service-based industry is a plus
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for helping others
  • High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for caregiver and support staff positions
  • Post job listings across job boards, social media, and community platforms to attract top talent
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from application through onboarding
  • Maintain accurate employee and applicant records in HR and scheduling systems
  • Support day-to-day administrative operations including phones, filing, and correspondence
  • Coordinate background checks, references, and new hire documentation
  • Assist with employee retention efforts and engagement initiatives
