About The Position
Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation (BSWIR) Dallas is seeking a PRN Recreational Therapist for their inpatient unit. This is a PRN position at a nationally recognized 92-bed rehabilitation hospital. The ideal candidate will have experience working with patients with traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, strokes, and other rehabilitation needs. The Recreational Therapist will be responsible for leading groups, organizing community outings, and must possess a clear driving record to operate a company vehicle.
Requirements
- Baccalaureate Degree in Therapeutic Recreation required
- Current national certification from NCTRC as a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) required
- Certified experience in a medical setting required
- Clear driving record
