About The Position

CocuSocial is seeking experienced chef instructors to teach live, in-person recreational cooking, pastry, mixology, and wine tasting classes. This opportunity is not virtual. Instructors can host classes in their own venue (home, restaurant, commercial kitchen, event space) or use CocuSocial's partner venues. The hosting location must be within a 40-minute drive of the specified city. The role offers flexible scheduling, the chance to teach preferred recipes, support in class creation, and a revenue-sharing compensation model with potential for higher earnings based on class capacity.

Requirements

• Experienced chef instructor with at least 2 years of experience teaching recreational cooking classes.
• Comfortable teaching popular international dishes such as French Macaron and French Pastry.
• Ability to host classes in a venue (own home, restaurant, commercial kitchen, or event space) or willingness to teach in CocuSocial's partner venues.
• If hosting in own space, the venue/home must accommodate at least 6 people (indoor and/or outdoor).
• Location of classes must be within 40 minutes driving distance of the city.

Responsibilities

• Leading and organizing the entire class.
• Purchasing ingredients.
• Setting up the class space (according to social distancing guidelines).
• Teaching each dish step-by-step in a hands-on manner.
• Cleaning up the class space.
