About The Position

Join our team of big mountain adventurers at the largest ski resort in Washington! Here at Crystal, it’s more than our work. We come from near and far to be up on the mountain because it’s an experience you just don’t get anywhere else. Events are always on the calendar and friends are always down to play. Work in the beautiful National Forest, neighboring Mt. Rainier, as a premier Ikon Pass destination with a whole lot of stoke to share. This role involves managing reservations, assisting guests with their RVs, monitoring the RV site conditions, and enforcing resort policies. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, has excellent customer service skills, and can work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 or older.
  • Logistics and data entry skills.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated, able to maximize use of time and resources.
  • Ability to drive in all types of weather conditions.
  • Ability to adapt to daily lot changes due to snowpack or customer volume.
  • Ability to remove or shovel snow.
  • Ability to perform level 1 clean up, including picking up and dumping trash, and porta potty clean up.
  • Able to lift, carry, or otherwise move and position a minimum of 20 pounds on an occasional basis.
  • Ability to work for extended periods of time sitting, bending, reaching, and speaking on a constant basis.
  • Ability to work for extended periods of time standing, walking, kneeling, pushing, and pulling on an occasional basis.
  • Engage with guests, employees, and supervisors daily.
  • Working knowledge of Crystal Mountain.

Responsibilities

  • Review reservations on RoverPass and provide updated information via email and phone to customers.
  • Process cancellations and issue refunds according to the resort's cancellation policy.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding arrival/departure times, RV site details, amenities, road conditions, and shuttle schedules.
  • Monitor RV site snowpack conditions and report to the Parking and Transportation Manager for necessary treatments or removals.
  • Monitor the RV lot daily to ensure reserved customers are parked in the correct spots.
  • Guide and assist vehicles into designated sites, maximizing space utilization and ensuring proper hookups.
  • Control the RV line to prevent blocking shuttle lanes.
  • Monitor quiet times and overall cleanliness of the lot.
  • Enforce policies regarding alcohol consumption and fire regulations.
