Currently seeking a Recreation (Activities) Supervisor who is passionate about building lasting vacation memories for owners/guests visiting our resort properties to join our fantastic team. Requirements

• Minimum 1 Year Resort Recreation or related field required.
• Lifeguard certification OR acquire after hired, demonstrated swimming competency.

Nice To Haves

• Leadership experience preferred.
• Lifeguard experience preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certified or acquire after hired.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Activities Department.
• Assist with the resort activities program.
• Assist the Recreation Manager with all aspects of running the Recreation Department.
• Staff scheduling, training, and mentoring team members.
• Keeping the department up to date with staff requests, processing other clerical documentation.
• Monthly safety inspections/talks.
• Oversees lifeguards and lazy river, open/closes and maintains pool area.
• Carries out reasonable requests of management.
