About The Position
Quantum Rehabilitation and Nursing located in Suffolk County, NY is looking for a Therapeutic Recreation Supervisor. A positive attitude and energy are a must! This is a full-time position.
Requirements
- Excellent leadership, communication, supervisory and team-building skills required
- Ability to use a computer and input data.
Nice To Haves
- Music talent a plus
- Must relate well with the residents and facility staff as well as exhibit a desire to perform all responsibilities of this position
- Ability to work effectively as a team member
- Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility
- Preferred experience in recreation in a geriatric setting
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of the recreation program
- Develop program calendars and activity plans with staff
