About The Position

Under general supervision, the Recreation Programs Supervisor implements specific programs as assigned. The role includes supervisory responsibility for the actions, job performance, supervision, and monitoring of assigned employees and program participants. The employee prepares routine reports and records and makes decisions requiring sound interpretation and mature judgment. The position provides continuous public service, often involving sensitive matters that require tact, courtesy, and resourcefulness.
