Oversee daily operations of recreational facilities, including staffing, scheduling, and event setup/teardown. Manage facility scheduling and coordinate usage across programs, events, athletics, and external groups. Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate full-time and part-time staff. Ensure compliance with safety, risk management, and emergency procedures. Lead membership services, including sales, renewals, and program registration. Develop, implement, and evaluate recreational and educational programs. Coordinate and execute special events, tournaments, and group reservations. Maintain and manage facility equipment, inventory, and maintenance needs. Provide excellent customer service and resolve member concerns and service issues. Monitor program effectiveness; collect, analyze, and report data for continuous improvement. Assist with budget preparation, expense tracking, and financial reporting. Support marketing and outreach efforts to promote programs and services. Collaborate with campus departments and community partners. Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance documentation. Provide CPR/First Aid/AED training and ensure staff certifications are current.
