About The Position

This role is for a temporary, part-time position with the potential for conversion to full-time, focusing on supporting league play and delivering a welcoming experience for players of all ages. The job involves light setup and organization of materials in a community recreation setting. The position is 100% onsite in San Rafael, CA, with shifts available on weekday evenings (5:00 PM to 10:00 PM) and/or mornings (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM).

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Open the facility for play (morning or evening shifts)
• Greet players, assist with check-in, and collect payments on open play days
• Set up light materials such as clipboards, signage, and game supplies
• Prepare and distribute score sheets and maintain organized records
• Answer phones and respond to general inquiries
• Monitor courts and common areas to ensure they remain clean and orderly
• Restock basic supplies such as paper goods and water cups
• Support the flow of league sessions and overall player experience
• Close the facility after play, including securing doors, organizing materials, and shutting down music and lights
