Customer Service and Event Coordinator
About The Position
Securitas Security is seeking customer service-driven individuals for a Coordinator position. The ideal candidates will be reliable, accountable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic while adhering to our core values: Integrity, Vigilance, & Helpfulness. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Proficient in computer and technology use.
- Strong verbal / written communication, reporting, and organization skills.
- Must have great multi-tasking and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
- Able to remain alert and detail-oriented throughout the shift.
- All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas’ pre-employment screen process, including drug screen and background investigation.
Nice To Haves
- 3+ years of experience in operations, hospitality, or security preferred.
- Customer service background preferred.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for ordering of items and assisting with setup for client events.
- Work with client representatives in coordination and scheduling of events.
- Supervise and support a team of security officers on site.
- Respond to incidents and manage emergency situations effectively.
- Maintain detailed reports, incident documentation, and daily activity logs.
- Communicate routine patrols and ensure proper site coverage at all times.
