Responsible for developing, conducting, and supervising the evening/weekends students program, and overseeing the leisure time employment program. This role involves planning, organizing, and implementing a structured evening/weekend studies program, administering enrichment activities, maintaining student records, and ensuring discipline and cleanliness in assigned areas. The coordinator will also teach study skills, prepare students for assessments, recruit and supervise volunteers, and serve as a member of the Leisure Learning Committee. Collaboration with the Academic Manager and other staff is crucial for supporting student academic needs and facilitating assignments. The position also involves training student leaders, tracking leisure time employment, managing transportation communication, and ensuring compliance with various guidelines and policies. A key aspect of the role is modeling and mentoring Career Success Standards to help students become more employable.
