The healthcare teams at St. Paul’s PACE provide a hands-on approach coordinating medical, social, and home care services so individuals no longer need to manage their medical care alone. Job Summary: Under the direction and supervision of the Recreation Coordinator I, helps with the assessment of participant abilities, limitations, and preferences related to activities. Assists in planning and providing group and individual activities for the participants. Duties involve personal contact with participants and logistical support in coordinating & implementing recreation programs. Tasks also involve progress documentation, other record keeping, attention to the environment, use of supplies and equipment, and maintenance of storage areas.
