About The Position

Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is seeking a Recreation Attendant (On-Call) to provide support for Explorer Island, their recreational area. Explorer Island features a Family Pool, Splash Zone, Lazy River, and The Drop. Guests can also enjoy beach volleyball, basketball, and The Hideout gaming area. The complimentary Kids for All Seasons program is also located on the island. The resort prides itself on the service it delivers, beginning with dedicated employees who embrace the Golden Rule. Requirements

Able to adapt to daily changes and challenges
Comfortable outside during times of high temperatures
A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers
Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions
High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team
Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States

Responsibilities

Provide guests with water, towels, and assistance with seating arrangements at the pool areas
Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to maximize customer satisfaction
