About The Position
This role provides support for Explorer Island, the recreational area of Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort. Explorer Island features a Family Pool, Splash Zone, Lazy River, and The Drop. Guests can also enjoy beach volleyball, basketball, and gaming at The Hideout. The complimentary Kids for All Seasons program is also located on the island.
Requirements
- Able to adapt to daily changes and challenges
- Comfortable outside during times of high temperatures
- A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers
- Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions
- High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team
- Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States

- A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Provide guests with water, towels, and assistance with seating arrangements at the pool areas
- Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to maximize customer satisfaction
