About The Position

Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is seeking a Retail Attendant (On-Call) to provide visual merchandising support for its Retail Outlets. This role involves educating guests on product knowledge, overseeing the flow of goods, and stocking to maximize sales performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in fashion merchandising and display creation, a sincere willingness to provide service, good organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and under pressure. Requirements

  • High level of interest in fashion merchandising and display creation as it relates to store esthetics and its impact on revenue generation in the retail-hospitality industry.

  • Able to learn and execute processes associated with computerized point of sale systems, visual planning and retail procurement/inventory control.

Responsibilities

  • Provide visual merchandising support for the Retail Outlets.
  • Provide product knowledge information for new and replenished goods.
  • Oversee proper flow of goods and stocking to maximize sales performance.
  • Plan and strategize store visual esthetics in collaboration with Manager of Buying and Store Operations Manager.
  • Analyze sales reporting and hotel provided occupancy data.
  • Ensure operational efficiency, including ticketing, product preparation, replenishment, and execution of store visual standards.
  • Perform retail accounting procedures such as transfer processing, inventory control, and completing RTVs.
  • Support product, presentation, and departmental needs in regards to service and staff under the direction of upper management.
  • Maintain a high standard of awareness regarding fashion trends and visual creativity.
  • Educate and communicate visual techniques to support the sales team and strengthen the department's skill set.
  • Evaluate Yellow Dog inventory reports & Micros Sales analysis.
  • Participate in trunk show planning.
  • Maintain accuracy and quality control of inventory.
  • Be proficient in the Micros point of sale system to provide assistance during peak times or operational issues.
  • Participate in meetings with leadership for Store Operations, Purchasing and Retail Buying Team.
  • Transport, prep, and receive all incoming goods for presentation on the sales floor or proper storage.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all Retail Storeroom areas.
  • Assist in monthly store physical inventories and visual merchandising initiatives.
