About The Position

The Recreation Attendant at Dellshire Resort helps create memorable guest experiences through recreational activities and exceptional service. The role assists guests with pool, recreation, and family entertainment center amenities while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. The attendant engages with guests, supports activities and events, maintains recreational equipment and supplies, and communicates guest concerns or maintenance needs to supervisors. The position may also assist with concessions and other assigned duties. Experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred but not required; on-the-job training is provided.

Nice To Haves

Experience in hospitality or guest services; experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Greet and engage with guests and provide information about recreation programs, activities, and amenities.
Assist guests with equipment, towels, and recreational supplies.
Monitor pool and recreation areas to promote safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
Set up and tear down activity areas, games, and events.
Oversee recreation equipment and ensure it is clean, functional, and properly stored after use.
Maintain inventory of recreation supplies and replenish them as needed.
Clean recreation facilities, remove trash and soiled linens, and follow safety protocols.
Promote resort activities and encourage guest participation.
Promptly communicate guest concerns or maintenance issues to supervisors.
Assist with concessions as needed.
Complete other duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.
