About The Position
Oaknoll is seeking a part-time Recreation Aide to join their recreation team. The role involves improving and stimulating the mental and physical abilities of residents, contributing to their overall engagement and quality of life. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, energetic, passionate about working with seniors, and willing to take initiative to engage residents with recreational opportunities. This position is supervised by the Recreation Therapist.

Responsibilities
- Lead daily activities including exercises, trivia, cooking etc.
- Plan and implement one-on-one activities as directed.
- Assist with preparation of monthly activity calendars.
- Document resident participation in department records.
