This role involves responding to clients experiencing a mental health or substance use crisis via telephone or in person. You will provide shift coverage in Mobile Crisis and maintain a caseload of community-based clients. The position is responsible for engaging clients, providing relapse education, and supporting them in their recovery journey. You will serve as a mentor and provide ongoing support, partnering with clients to access services and supports that will help them attain personal recovery goals. A demonstration of professional, positive behavior and carrying out responsibilities with integrity, treating clients, families, other LSSI workforce members, and collaborative organizations and/or individuals in a dignified, respectful, honest, and fair manner is expected.
