The position involves coordinating referrals, transportation, home visits, and recovery support services while collaborating with community partners to meet participant needs. It also includes contributing to program development, outreach, and community education; maintaining accurate, confidential records; and supporting grant reporting, compliance, and continuous program improvement.

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of case management, behavioral health, social services, recovery support, or related experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting relationships and work collaboratively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and occasionally high-stress environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software and case management systems
  • A valid Alaska Driver’s license and the ability to be insured on CVTC’s vehicle insurance policy
  • Completion and passing of a pre-employment state and federal background check and drug screening
  • Willingness to undergo random drug testing

Nice To Haves

  • 6-12 months of supervision experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Behavioral Health, Human Services, or a related field
  • CDC I certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
