The Recovery Manager is responsible for the management of the Recovery team in the Account Servicing department, overseeing collection efforts on both secured and unsecured accounts worked directly as the originating creditor. This role drives continual training, development, and process improvement across the department while ensuring all activities remain compliant with applicable regulations and maintains effective execution of recovery strategies across all delinquency stages while managing external vendor relationships to maximize recovery outcomes.
