We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Counselor/Case Manager to join our growing team. This role is responsible for providing therapeutic support to individuals in recovery, maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support client progress. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and client-focused, with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced treatment environment. The Recovery Counselor/Case Manager provides person-centered support to individuals receiving services, empowering them to take an active role in their own recovery journey. This role focuses on coaching, mentoring, and connecting individuals to community resources that promote independence, wellness, and self-sufficiency.
