As the Recoveries Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks including, but not limited to: assisting management with day-to-day collection reports, maintaining schedules and timecards for department employees and reporting inconsistencies to management, preparing collection letters for attorney review, pulling calls for management and/or client review, assisting with the creation and distribution of daily work lists, conducting file reviews for proper annotation, work steps, and appropriate activation, and processing requests in the recode box. This role also requires the ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time, and to bend, lift, or carry up to 20 pounds. All other duties as assigned.
