About The Position

ClaimSorted is seeking a Recoveries Specialist to join their team. This role is designed for an experienced specialist who desires significant ownership within a rapidly expanding company, or a senior handler eager to establish and develop a new function from the ground up. ClaimSorted, a Third-Party Administrator (TPA), manages insurance claims end-to-end for insurers, utilizing a high-performing team and an AI-enabled platform to deliver claims up to three times faster with enhanced service and economics. The company has secured over $16 million in funding from investors like Y Combinator, Atomico, and Eurazeo, and currently manages claims for more than 30 insurers, representing over $200 million in insurance premiums.

Requirements

• Based in or willing to relocate to Dallas, TX with work authorization
• 2+ years of experience in insurance recoveries, subrogation, or a related function
• Strong organisation and ability to prioritise independently
• Comfortable using data to make decisions
• Team-oriented, hardworking, and ambitious

Nice To Haves

• Experience leading, mentoring, or coaching others is a plus
• Startup or high-growth experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own your specialist function end to end with high autonomy
• Investigate, build cases, and drive outcomes across the claims portfolio
• Develop and improve processes, templates, and workflows as the function scales
• Coach claims handlers on identifying relevant opportunities at the point of claim
• Track and report on performance metrics for your function
• Attend client meetings as a domain expert in your specialism
• Maintain accurate records for audit, compliance, and client reporting
