The Recosting Service Change Lead will coordinate and manage the service change process and recosting governance for Optum Technology rate card services. This role is responsible for ensuring that new services and changes to existing services are properly evaluated, approved, tracked, and operationalized without disrupting the broader recosting timeline. This position will serve as a central point of coordination across service teams, OT FP&A, and leadership stakeholders, helping mature the recosting governance process while enabling existing team capacity to remain focused on rate model inputs, rate output changes, and collaborative service team reviews. This position is full-time. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. We offer weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of the training will be based on schedule or will be discussed on your first day of employment.
