About The Position

Goldenwest Credit Union is hiring a Records Specialist to assist with searching and investigating information contained in loan files. The role works with loan officers to image documents accurately, researches and resolves imaging problems or discrepancies, images completed exceptions to member files, and records actions pertaining to credit union loan files. The specialist is expected to comply with applicable regulations and participate in continuing education related to credit union career development. The position is based in South Ogden, Utah, and is full-time at 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. The listed pay is $20.25 per hour, based on experience and performance, plus bonus and incentives.

Requirements

High school diploma required.
Strong ability to think critically and solve problems.

Prior credit union experience is preferred.
