About The Position

We are looking for a qualified Records Retrieval Clerk PRN to join our Texas Health family. This position is located at Texas Health Dallas, 8200 Walnut Hill Ln, Dallas TX 75231. The work hours are generally 4:00 pm - 12:00 am Sunday through Thursday evenings, typically 3 to 3.5 hours per night. This role is highlighted as a great secondary job or for extra hours, with evening hours that are a bit flexible, allowing for one to two hours in the evenings between 4:00 pm to midnight.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent REQUIRED
• 6 months of healthcare office setting, or previous customer service experience REQUIRED
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer and office equipment skills
• Ability to work independently and self-motivated

Responsibilities

• Collects prepared medical records/documents for courier collection
• Document/Record preparation and delivery
• Assists internal and external customers as needed
