About The Position

We are seeking a highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and intellectually curious Records Retention Program Manager to support and evolve our global Information Governance (IG), records retention, and privacy operations programs. This is a unique hybrid role that combines program management, process improvement, operational administration, analytics, and information governance execution. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable managing detailed administrative work and helping design smarter, more efficient ways of operating. Initially, this role will focus heavily on supporting records retention and information governance activities, including case management, vendor coordination, financial tracking, records disposition initiatives, workflow administration, and operational support. Over time, the role will expand into broader privacy, compliance, and business process improvement initiatives. Success in this role requires someone who is not merely a process follower, but someone who continually asks: Why are we doing it this way? Can this be automated? Can this process be simplified? What does the data tell us? How can we accomplish the same outcome more efficiently? This individual will serve as a trusted thought partner and operational extension of program leadership, helping transform tribal knowledge into scalable processes, documented workflows, dashboards, and sustainable governance practices.
