Responsible for the maintenance of trainee records and provides reports in accordance with DOL rules and regulations and CSD policies. Must model the Company Core Values and the operating principles at all times. Must create and sustain positive working relationships with co-workers. Understands, supports and practices the Core Values in all aspects of job performance and interactions with staff and trainees. Supports the Career Development Services System (CDSS) as it relates to individual position, department and overall Center goals.
