About The Position

Foley Mansfield is seeking a service-oriented Remote Records Clerk to support our California litigation team. Requirements

Experience with Microsoft Suite
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced professional environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Responsibilities

Electronically file documents accurately and timely in compliance with all filing requirements.
Create and maintain case files in iManage.
Maintain and send daily case reports.
Accurately and efficiently enter case information into databases.
Pull and save files as requested.
Assist in preparing materials for depositions, hearings, and other meetings.
Provide administrative support to legal administrative assistants, paralegals, and attorneys.
