The Records Clerk is responsible for managing and maintaining aircraft and engine records. This includes distributing records, ensuring proper filing, maintaining both computer and hard copy files, scanning and indexing data, and liaising with maintenance personnel. The role also involves maintaining flight logs, checking and correcting flight data, entering various operational hours and cycles into computerized systems, and processing check records. Additionally, the clerk will file, maintain, organize, retrieve, and archive permanent aircraft and engine records. The position requires adherence to company attendance policies and may involve other duties assigned by the Records Supervisor.
