Under general supervision, perform clerical work requiring the application of various work methods, procedures, policies, practices, and departmental functions related to the processing of documents and files. This position may be part of a Task-Based or Points-Based Career Progression Plan. For new hires, this position is historically filled at Level I. The role involves assisting with court calendars, record searches, evidence procurement, customer assistance for non-technical information, receiving and processing documents for filing, performing cashiering functions, generating correspondence, and providing courteous and professional customer service.
