As a 24/7 operation, we have openings across all shifts—including standard day shifts, 2nd shift, weekend shifts, and 12-hour shifts. Candidates must be flexible and willing to be assigned to any shift based on operational needs. Built on a foundation of Respect, Safety, Quality, and Results, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Records Analyst to provide clerical support for our Aircraft Records Department.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1–3 years of documentation management experience.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English, including following verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

  • Locate, receive, audit, repair, scan or copy, inventory, file, distribute and archive completed aviation related maintenance records generated by the repair station.
  • Organize, both physically and electronically, high volumes (tens of thousands) of aviation related maintenance records for 100% accountability.
  • Track, scan, retain and recall aviation related maintenance records.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, external customers, and regulatory authorities regarding special record requests.
  • Practice good customer service while assisting, supporting and corresponding with customers.
  • Ensures that all work performed follows company procedures including but not limited to the FAA accepted RSM/QCM, Standard Operating Procedures and other applicable procedures related to FAA and other regulatory agency requirements.
